The bottom, for those who like to see these things;

"Brittney Spears” you say, “what are you talking about woman”. I will explain ... our knitting group went on a ‘fondle / shopping’ trip to Get Knitted, oh way back in the summer. I was driving, we were all chatting about our purchases and I spoke just as I was joining the M4 from the M32 slip way. I was saying how I liked my ‘Brittney Spears’, everybody cracked up ... I then realised what I had said, I meant to say “Brittany Needles”, but I think Brittney Spears sums them up brilliantly and in our home the needles will never be known as anything else. LOL
A progress picture of my third FCS knitted in Trekking – Color 4ply sock yarn in colour 185, this will hopefully be finished by the end of the month, so that I may enter the January part of the 2008 Sock Yarn challenge.

My Back
I am sad to say, that I have a very poorly back, it happened on Monday, I did the tiniest of slips on a wet floor, my left leg went out to the side by about 50cms, really nothing, but my back has got to the point, that I can’t turn over in bed or put my shoes on. I have not been like this for about 3 years. I had been putting it off but eventually this morning I went to see Dr Simon Clarke at the Wroughton Chiropractic Clinic, where I have been going for years.
What I have actually done is pull the muscles all around my right hip, which is only 2/3rds there and the ball joint has been sheared in half and put back together. No wonder it is hurting ... and why I have only 2 seconds warning that I need to go to the toilet, which always makes me giggle as I try and shuffle as quick as possible – I have yet to wet myself, thank goodness – sorry probably far to much information. LOL
I have to go back tomorrow morning at 8:00, ssssh, he said I should not be at work .... I am at the moment but will be going home soon and I am not coming back in tomorrow, which will give it an extra day of rest over the weekend.
So as you can see I am still laughing – just, but it is going to be a long haul to be mended, I feel very frustrated to the oomph degree.
